All reservations are made in the Campus Center Administrative Offices. Be sure you read the Full Reservation Guidelines and the General Terms and Conditions for on-campus groups or General Terms and Conditions for off-campus groups before you submit an Event Request Form and our list of Ballroom Rental Fees if you are interested in the Ballroom.
NOTE: If you aren't directly associated with UWG (you are NOT a student group, faculty, staff, etc.), but would like to use our facilities, please see our sample Facilities Agreement Form . To book the facility please contact Campus Center administration at 678 839-5500.
The following are the General Guidelines for all events in the Campus Center:
- An Event Request Form must be completed before the reservation can be confirmed. The organization contact person also needs to meet with the Assistant Director of Operations one week prior to the event or the event could be cancelled.
- All reservations for registered student organization must be made by the organization president.
- Organizations will be responsible for adhering to all policies and procedures regarding security, conduct and damages as per the policies and procedures for the Campus Center. A copy will be available in the Campus Center Administrative Office.
- Attendance at events will be limited to the posted room capacity.
- The sponsoring organization will be held liable for damages to the facility and its equipment: damage to the facility, may lead to complete cessation of future reservation and use of facility.
- Reservations will be made according to the Campus Center priority list.
- Student Organizations may only book rooms for their meetings in the Campus Center a month in advance. They may begin booking rooms on the 15th of each month for the next month. This does not apply to large events they may want to book in the ballroom. Those may be booked farther in advance.
