Distance Students

Access
Denied
When Username & Password are submitted,
"Access Denied" message pops up. (a)
Chat
When
I click on the chat icon...
...a new window opens
but nothing happens (b)
...I get an error message
saying that there was "no response" & that the
server may be down (c)
  ...I do NOT see the actual
gray boxes representing each room (d)
While
in a chat room...
...I was suddenly unable
to type or post a message (e)
...the window for the
room suddenly disappeared (f)
Bulletin
Board
When
I click on the Bulletin Board icon...
...new window opens but
nothing happens - the screen remains blank (g)
...I get an error message
saying, "No Response" and that the server may be down.

Unable to read people's Bulletin Board messages.
(i)
When Bulletin Board message is posted, last
few words are cut off. (j)
I am sure I hit the "Post" button,
but I can't find my Bulletin Board posting. (k)
WebCT/E-mail
When
I click on the E-mail icon...
...a new window opens
but nothing happens - the screen remains blank. (l)
...I get an error message
that says, "No Response" and that the server may be
down. (m)
...I can open messages
I've received, but I can't use the "Compose" or the
"Reply" functions. (n)
...I can see a list of
the messages I have received, but when I click on the messages
to read them, the messages will not "open". (o)
While in the middle of composing an e-mail
message, the message box suddenly disappeared. (p)
While in the middle of reading an e-mail
message, the message box suddenly disappeared. (q)
I sent an e-mail message, but the recipient
said it was not received. (r)
Whiteboard
When
I click on the Whiteboard icon...
...a new window opens,
but nothing happens - the screen remains blank. (s)
...I get an error
message saying, "No Response" and that the server may

While in the Whiteboard Room, I was
suddenly unable to type or post a message. (u)
While on the Whiteboard, the window
for the room suddenly disappeared. (v)
My Progress/Tracking
Record
I think my tracking record is inaccurate.

My Record/Grades
My professor says he/she has posted my
grades under the "My Record/Grades" icon, so why don't
I see my grade when I go to this location? (x)
