If you cannot log in to your eCore course or are having technical difficulties you MUST contact the Online Support Center (OSC).
Be sure to identify yourself as an eCore student. You should report any technical problem to the OSC that you encounter throughout the semester. Live support is available 24 hours a day 365 days a year.

If your problem is not resolved in a timely manner, contact your UWG eCore Advisor, Craig Brown at craigb@westga.edu or Stacey Rowland at srowland@westga.edu , or the UWG Distance Learning Helpline at 678-839-6248

Students cannot logon to their eCore courses until the official first-day of class.

Please Note: If you added a course during late registration or drop/add, it will be 24 to 48 hours before you have access to your eCore class. You will receive a letter within 48 hours through your MyUWG email account notifying you when you have access. If you do not receive this email, please contact the eCore Advisor at srowland@westga.edu or 678-839-0632, to obtain a letter.
