| POSITION DESCRIPTION | Counsel with
students, parents and others as necessary concerning financial aid Verification of student files selected by the federal processor Process corrections on verified file as necessary Monitor HOPE Inquiry forms and award HOPE when necessary Determine and verify eligibility for student loan applicants and process loans Process recoveries as necessary and communicate with servicer Process cancellation of funds for withdrawals and less than half time students Send exit notification for student withdrawals, less than half time and graduation Present financial aid information at functions on and off campus Other duties assigned by Director and Assistant Director
