The objective of the master's degree program
is to form promoters of Human Development that will foster efficiency,
dialog, humanistic values and equity in the pursuit of the common good
as part of organizational or consulting endeavors. Moreover, the
master's degree fosters research activities that will lead to a better
understanding and more efficient intervention strategies with the above
