Simms Review is a refereed journal, published twice each year (Summer
and Winter) at a subscription rate of $25 a year, or free to members of The
Simms Society who have paid their current dues. Simms Society Annual dues
are $25. Student rates are $15. Life memberships are $250. Library and
Institutional rates are $35. All memberships levels in the society include
The Simms Review. Back issues or additional copies are available at
$8 per copy.
The
Simms Review is an official publication of the Simms Society. In
addition to publishing short articles, Notes and manuscript copies related
to Simms's life and writings, the Review serves as the official
publication of record for the society and regularly includes announcements
and updates about the society.
The
Simms Review solicits short articles, notes, and queries on any subject
pertaining to the life and writings of William Gilmore Simms. 1,500 words is
a suggested limit for articles. Disk or E-mail attachments should use Times
New Roman (10 point) Font for text with margins 2.2 (left) and 2.0 (right).
The Review
also welcomes announcements of Simms work in progress or of any newsworthy
activity concerning Simms Scholarship.
