E-mail forwarding is a free service for UWG alumni that lets you establish one prestigious e-mail address that can be used for all of your e-correspondence. Our computers receive your messages and immediately forward them to your private home or business address. Forwarding lets your associates contact you no matter how often you change your e-mail address. Your actual address remains confidential and your forwarding address tells the world you are proud to be a UWG graduate. Here's how it works:

• Sign up for your UWG e-mail forwarding address by completing the registration form. Your UWG Alumni e-mail address can be "anything you choose"@alumni.westga.edu, but most alumni may prefer to use a Firstname.Lastname@alumni.westga.edu e-mail address.
  
  
• Tell us a home or business e-mail address to which you want your mail forwarded.
  
  
• Use your alumni.westga.edu address for all of your e-correspondence.
  
  
• Your messages will be forwarded through the university's state-of-the art equipment to your private home or business e-mail address.
  
  
• Once your alumni.westga.edu account is active, just give your new UWG e-mail address instead of your private home or work e-mail address. If you move, change jobs or switch Internet providers, simply update your forwarding address in our system. Your messages will go to the new address automatically.
