UWG Foundation
In partnership with the Office of Development and Alumni Relations, many of our outstanding programs are made possible through the UWG Foundation. Founded in 1967, the foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Its primary purpose is to exclusively raise, administer, invest, and transfer private gifts for the University of West Georgia. While funding from the state provides financial support for the university, charitable funding provides scholarship opportunities and enhances the quality of our academic programs.
