The Tanner Employee Assistance Program (TEAP) helps individuals with personal problems that affect their whole lives, including time with both family and co-workers. Through TEAP services, employees can address issues that may be taking a toll on their job performance and relationships. IF IMMEDIATE EMERGENCY SITUATION IN WHICH EMPLOYEE POSE A THREAT TO THEMSELVES OR OTHERS:
- Contact University Police immediately at (678) 839-6000, 24/7, then Tanner Employee Assistance at (770) 834-8327 between 8:30a and 5:00p (after hours refer employee to Tanner Emergency Room).
IF NON-EMERGENCY SITUATION OCCURS:
- Refer employee to Tanner Employee Assistance at (770) 834-8327.
Managers can also contact Tanner for consultation on dealing with troubled employees.
