Advisement is important to your ability to be successful here at the University of West Georgia. Your academic advisor assists you in developing an educational plan that will help to ensure that you remain on track and persist towards graduation. Therefore, it is important that you meet with your academic advisor prior to registration each semester. Depending upon your major, your academic advisor may be in the Advising Center or one of the Colleges/Schools offering your major. Want to find out what classes are being offered during the current term? Interested in viewing your schedule and accessing information about your bill? BanWeb is the University of West Georgia's student information system. BanWeb allows you to view the class bulletin as well as access personal information about your registration.
The Bursar's Office receives payment of your tuition and mandatory fees. If you have questions about your bill, contact this office. The Bursar's Office does not provide assistance with your eligibility to receive state/federal financial aid. The Enrollment Services Center can assist you with questions about financial assistance (e.g., scholarships, grants, loans). Career Services can assist you in finding employment on and off campus. You can also get help with your resume, interviewing skills, applying for internships and co-ops. Career counseling is also available to students who are not quite sure how to go about figuring out a major that fits their interests and passion.

Health Services offers you medical services, consultation and outpatient treatment. Stop by Health Services or visit online for information on specific services and eligibility requirements.
Need help with your math homework? Visit the Math Tutoring Center! The Center offers free tutoring and is staffed by faculty and students who have demonstrated a strong ability to understand the math courses taught at UWG. You can just walk in! No appointment needed!
