Non-Traditional
To be classified as a non-traditional student, one must have not attended high school/college within the past five (5) years, and earned no more than 45 quarter/30 semester hours of transferable college credit.
A non-traditional applicant needs to submit the following items to be considered for admission to the University:
- $30 non-refundable application fee
- Final High School Transcripts
- GED - if applicable
- Official transcript from each college attended - if applicable

UWG Certificate of Immunization Form
All immunization documentation must be recorded and submitted on a UWG Certificate of Immunization Form!
For Application Deadlines
What happens after admission to the University?
After acceptance to the university, you will receive information regarding nontraditional orientation which will include information about the College Placement Exam (CPE). All nontraditional students are required to take the CPE prior to registration. Students scoring below institutional minimums will be required to take the appropriate Learning Support courses.
