Summer Transition Program

STP is a summer program designed to provide students who are conditionally accepted for fall admission with the opportunity to demonstrate their ability to succeed at college-level work. Students who pass all summer courses with a “C” can continue their enrollment for the upcoming fall semester.

Students will be denied fall 2013 admission if one or more of the following statements are true:

  1. The student earns a cumulative GPA below 2.0
  2. The student fails on or more courses with an "F" grade
  3. The student does not complete the required 8 credit hours (because of a "W" withdrawal or a grade of "F")
