Admission to the University does not guarantee admission to a specific college or department. Certain programs have additional admission requirements which must be met before a student can begin taking upper division classes in their degree program. It is the student's responsibility to contact the appropriate academic department for additional admission requirements upon acceptance to the University granted by the Office of Admissions.
