Physical geographers examine the processes that shape the Earth's surface through the use of fieldwork, laboratory techniques, and geospatial technology while Human geographers explore the interconnected environmental, economic, political, and cultural processes that shape our human world.

Possible Careers
Water quality analyst, vegetation and habitat surveyor, watershed manager, recycling coordinator, urban planner, urban forestry technician, weather forecaster, ecotourism specialist, population georgrapher, Peace Corps, and geopolitical consultant.

Degree Options
Bachelor of Arts Degree with a Major in Geography with a concentration in Human Geography
Bachelor of Science Degree with a Major in Geography with concentrations in Environmental Geography and Geographic Technology
