Development and Alumni Relations


Dr. Andrew J. Leavitt Executive Director UWG Foundation 

Through the guidance of the UWG Foundation, the Office of Development & Alumni Relations serves as the focal point for alumni and donor activities that support the University’s mission. Dr. Andrew J. Leavitt serves as the Executive Director for the UWG Foundation, as well as the Associate Vice President for Development and Alumni Relations. At the University of West Georgia, our priority is Educational Excellence in a Personal Environment. As such, in addition to his administrative roles, Dr. Leavitt continues to teach as a Professor of Chemistry.  

The divisions within the office include development, alumni relations and annual giving, and finance.
