The Bursar's Office
The mission of the Bursar's Office is to provide quality support and information to students in the assessment and collection of all student fees, the disbursement of all student refunds, and the fiscal management of all student financial aid programs including federal, state, and private funding.

*Fee Payment Deadline for Spring 2015 Semester is December 15th at 6:00 p.m.*
*The Bursar’s Office will be closed Monday, November 17th from 11:30 am – 1:00 pm to participate in our Thanksgiving Celebration. We are sorry for any inconvenience.*
*The Bursar's Office will be closed Thursday, November 27th and Friday, November 28th for Thanksgiving Holidays*
*Visa is now an accepted payment option. This still includes the 2.75% convenience fee if a credit card is used.*
Oct 27, 2014 Spring 2015 On-Time Registration Opens.
Nov 3, 2014 Begin Accepting Short Term Loans for Spring 2015.
Dec 14, 2014 Spring 2015 On-Time Registration Closes at mid-night.
Dec 15, 2014 6:00PM Fee Payment Deadline for On-Time Registration
Dec 17, 2014 University Closes for Winter Break until January 2, 2015.
Dec 18, 2014 Registration re-opens at 8:00 am, and remains open through January 11.
Jan 2, 2015 University re-opens after Winter Break.
Jan 5, 2015 Short-Term Loan book refunds available via Higher One if registered and
all charges paid in full.
Jan 5-9, 2015 Bursar’s Office open until 5:30 to assist students during first week of
Spring 2015 classes.
Jan 9, 2015 Last day to sign Perkins Promissory Note
Jan 11, 2015 Registration goes down for Spring 2015
Jan 12, 2015 Final Fee Payment Deadline by 6:00PM
Jan 19, 2015 Offices closed in observance of Martin Luther King Holiday
Jan 20, 2015 Final Fee payment Deadline for eCore Full Session and eCore Session I
Jan 22, 2015 Estimated First Financial Aid Refunds will be available on students
Higher One Account.
March 4, 2015 Final Fee payment deadline for Session II by 6:00pm.
March 16, 2015 Final Fee payment deadline for eCore Session II by 6:00pm.
April 27, 2015 6:00pm Summer 2015 Fee payment deadline for On-Time registration
