Balance Check Disbursements Office
If you are expecting a refund for the current semester, you should contact the Bursar's Office in Aycock Hall at (678) 839-4737 to find out when your refund will be disbursed to your HigherOne card. Financial Aid refunds are automatically generated after the Financial Aid Office has disbursed your Financial Aid money to your student account and after all your tuition, fees, and charges have been paid. If you are expecting a refund due to withdrawal, dropping a course, or because of an adjustment to any of your charges, and you DID NOT receive any financial aid - please contact the Bursar's Office in Aycock Hall at (678) 839-4737 to request your refund.
