Business Education
The degrees in Business Education are in collaboration with the UWG College of Education. The degrees prepare students for careers in teaching, instructional service, leadership positions in education, and for business positions requiring business/teaching backgrounds.
Our mission is to advance knowledge, promote teaching and research, and provide excellent initial and advanced preparation of business teachers to empower them to lead improvement efforts in schools and communities.
The two degrees offered are a M.Ed. Advanced Traditional and a M.Ed. Non-Certification. The M.Ed. Advanced Traditional is designed for individuals who currently hold a Bachelor's degree (undergraduate) in Business Education. The M.Ed. Non-Certification is designed for individuals who hold a Bachelor's degree (undergraduate) in a related business field.
