M. Ed. Degree for Individuals Holding a B.S. Ed.
Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree in Business Education
M.Ed. Advanced Traditional – This program is designed to qualify business teachers holding a four-year certificate (T-4) in Business Education, for the Georgia five-year Advanced certificate (T-5). Candidates must have completed an undergraduate degree in Business Education. A minimum of 36 semester hours of course work is required (review program course sheet). A teaching internship is NOT required (candidate holds initial certification at the Bachelor’s level).
1. Hold an undergraduate degree in Business Education from an accredited college or university;
2. Earned a minimum of 2.5 GPA;
3. Submit official transcripts from all colleges or universities and mail to:
(Transcripts are separate from the transcripts submitted to the UWG Office of Admissions)
