Across Richards College’s four academic departments, all faculty and staff members work together to ensure students gain a comprehensive business education. In addition to teaching and administration, the cross-departmental faculty and staff team members do much more to enhance the learning experience: they conduct and disseminate research, oversee students clubs and activities, provide mentorship and career advice, and accompany students on international academic adventures.
