Membership Policies - This page explains the various membership types and regulations. Members must present a valid UWG ID or a membership card in order to use the facilities.
Downloadable Membership Application Form (.doc) - Please fill out this form completely and bring it to the Campus Center administrative office. (This form must be filled out each August to renew your memberships for the next academic year.)
