Online Calendar
There is a calendar available online that will show the rooms that are reserved for the Campus Center. This calendar updates daily. We continue to get forms turned into the office, so there may be events that are not on this calendar. Please understand by viewing the calendar, you still may need to call to see if a date is available. However, this is a good tool for you to know what we may have scheduled. To use this calendar, please follow these easy steps:
1) click on the above link
2) Find the date you would like to reserve
3) Read over page to see if your space is available to reserve
4) Once you have verified on the calendar that your date is available, please complete a reservation form found on our Event Reservation Page.
5) If you are an off campus group, you must complete a contract and a deposit.
NOTE: Without a Reservation Form (on-campus groups) or Contract and deposit (off-campus groups) your date will not be penciled in or confirmed. Once all the proper documentation is received, then we will send you a reservation confirmation and your date will be set.
