Housing and Residence Life
Professional and student staff manage the residence halls and support the academic program of the university by offering programs and services that facilitate academic success and individual development. Each residence hall is supervised by a graduate hall director who assumes major responsibility in the areas of administration, programming, staff training and student development. Resident assistants are undergraduate students who are trained to create a community environment for residents on each floor. Tyus Hall, because of its unique physical configuration, is the residence hall most preferred by upperclassmen.
