Approval to Search
  1. Submit a Staff Critical Hire to the Dean's Office - find the form HERE
  2. The Critical Hire is signed by the Dean or Associate Dean and forwarded to the Provost
  3. The Provost approves the Critical Hire and forwards it to Human Resources
Completing the Search

At this point the hiring process is handled through Human Resources.  The department will interview all candidates according to the guidelines in the Human Resources Manuel - find the document HERE.

When a candidate is identified, forward the PAR to the Dean's Office
