Looking for something to eat between classes?

UWG Meal Membership & West Georgia Wolf Bucks can help make your life easier, especially if you have no time for cooking, cleaning and shopping between attending classes, studying and driving to school. You can also purchase special meal plans tailored to Commuter student needs. West Georgia Wolf Bucks work on the same principle as bank debit cards. You can use your Wolf Bucks for beverages, snacks, or full meals in all dining locations on campus. You can also use them in vending machines on campus. On Campus Dining Options

Eating on campus is a great option - especially if you don't want to lose your parking spot! Eating on campus is a great way to socialize because everyone has to eat! You will always find a lot of students at on campus dining locations. There are a variety of dining options on campus and are at great prices for students.

The main dining restaurant is located in the Z6 Dining Hall on the west side of campus. It offers meals seven days a week.

In the Wolves Den Food Court, located in the UCC, you will find Chick-fil-A, Topio's, Burger Studio, and Sushi/Rice Bowls options. The Food Court is open Monday-Friday in the Fall and Spring semesters. The Centre Cafe, located in the top floor of the UCC, features a full service Subway and the C3 Convenience Store.

Java City Kiosks are located in the TLC and the Education Center. Java City offers coffee blends, flavored coffees and specialty products, in addition to fresh baked pastries, grab'n go sandwiches, and salads. There is also a P.O.D Express in the TLC to pick up some quick snacks on the go. All locations accept wolf bucks and cash, and most accept credit and debit cards.

New to campus this fall is the full service Starbucks, located in the Ingram Library. Also now open is Einstein Bros Bagels located in the University Bookstore across from the TLC. Einstein's offers great breakfast and lunch options!

 

Off Campus Dining Options

There are an increasing number of restaurants/food places in Carrollton that students can take advantage of while they are here. Right around campus on Maple Street there are restaurants such as The Border, Hong Kong, Maple Street Diner, La Salsa, Burrito Express, Mellow Mushroom, McDonalds, and Arby's. Many of these restaurants are geared towards students, which mean student discounts and specials!! And just a short drive away you'll find such restaurants such as Wendy's, Burger King, Moe's, O'Charleys and many others. Also, a great place with many restaurants in one area is Adamson Square in Downtown Carrollton.

The Border - This is a UWG student favorite. The food is delicious at a great price. The Border offers great Mexican food and fun!

Adamson Square - "The Square" as it is known to most UWG students has a lot to do in one area. You can eat at one of the many restaurants like Irish Bred Pub and Grill, Miller's, Ally Cats, The Corner Cafe, Samba Loca, Little Hawaiian, Mia Bella's, and Highland Deli. Each of these restaurants has a great and unique theme. You can get some coffee and relax at Gallery Row Coffee Imports. While you are there you can also check out the great shopping! "The Square" also provides a great night life with many of the restaurants offering live bands, dancing, open-mic, poker, wings, and trivia. Adamson Square is a great place for good food, to hang out and have fun!
