Asset Management Reminder

If a department has a computer, piece of equipment, desk, table, chair, or similar items which need to be surplused, transferred to another department on campus, or destroyed, please complete and submit the Transfer of Equipment Report found on the Asset Management website. Your request will be processed as soon as possible. Per Georgia State law and Department of Administrative Services (DOAS) policy, no University asset may be sold, destroyed or discarded without express written authorization from the DOAS.
