Vendor Additions or Corrections
An email address has been specifically created for vendor additions or corrections. Please use this address when new vendors are required or address corrections or additions. The email address is firstname.lastname@example.org. This email account will be monitored during normal working hours. The vendor profile & W-9 documents are still required. Scanned documents can be electronically attached to the email alleviating the need to send the paper documents. Of course, you may continue to send or fax(x96391) the paper documents to the Office of the Controller, 201 Aycock Hall if document scanning is not an option for you.
