Melissa Sullivan

Melissa grew up in Carrollton where she was a Central Lion. She has deep roots in the Carrollton community, growing up performing in stage productions with Carroll County Community Theater and even playing the role of Gretel, the youngest Von Trapp child, in UWG's production of "The Sound of Music" when she was eight. She is an alumni of UWG, with a BA in English and a minor in Creative Writing, and she just graduated with her MA in English this past December.

Melissa began working at UWG in January of 2009, first as a part-time tutor in the University Writing Center, and later that summer on a full-time basis in the Auxiliary Services Wolves' Card Office. In the summer of 2012, she moved to the College of Science and Mathematics Dean's Office where she is a Departmental Assistant. Melissa is responsible for assisting students, faculty, staff, and other UWG visitors when they come to the COSM Dean's Office and she also maintains and updates this website.
