Brendan Bowen has over 26 years of experience in all aspects of campus planning and facilities management from both public and private institutions. He also has a strong background in capital construction, environmental health & safety and master planning.

Mr. Bowen earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Western Kentucky University and has served in facilities and construction management at both Western Kentucky University and Indiana Wesleyan University.

Mr. Bowen oversees 130 employees throughout the daily operations of the Campus Planning & Facilities division including the departments of Facilities and Grounds, AEC Project Services, and Risk Management/ Environmental Health & Safety.

Mr. Bowen is a member of the Society for College and University Planning (SCUP) and the Association of Higher Education Facilities Officers (APPA).
