BPR
Business Process Redesign
Business Process Redesign (BPR) for Higher Education was a methodology that was introduced in a 1994 publication of the National Association of College and University Business Officers (NACUBO) and was implemented within the Division of Business and Finance in 2000. A total of nine processes were mapped-out, evaluated for non-value added steps, and streamlined for effectiveness and efficiency. In 2003, CP&F joined the second phase of this effort by evaluating five existing processes and have since established a goal to evaluate 15 processes on an annual basis.
