Customer Input

Since 2006, customer feedback has served as an integral component for CP&F developmental training, strategic planning, and customer service requirements. All three CP&F areas completed customer assessments in the fall of 2009.  Following, are the results of the FY10 surveys:

In addition, Facilities and Grounds implemented a survey through their computer maintenance management system (Facility Focus) on all completed work orders beginning July 2006. A total of 700 responses provided the following results for FY10:
