Employee Input
CP&F has consistently relied on departmental meetings, open-door policy, informal conversation, and annual performance evaluations to solicit input from our employees.
In an attempt to go deeper into the organization and provide a quantitative method for input, a survey on Organizational Trust was developed in 2004 and has been administered on an annual basis ever since. Organizational Trust examines the pulse of our organization in the areas of:
