Privatized Greek Village
ProjectDescr: The UWG Foundation intends to finance, design, and build a 262 bed Greek Village complex and an activity building on a 14 acre parcel of land owned by the Foundation, directly adjacent to the University of West Georgia. The 262 beds will be housed in 13 houses and 6 adjacent townhouses The breakdown of the buildings (to be opened in Fall 2009) is as follows: (7) 20-bed houses (3) 16-bed houses (3) 10-bed houses (6) 6-bed houses and a community building w/ residential components. Greek Village Groundbreaking ceremony held on Saturday, October 4, 2008.
