Emerging Leaders Program

The Emerging Leaders Program engages student leaders in learning the foundations of leadership development. This program is designed to give you an instant connection to campus life here at West Georgia. Emerging Leaders commit to responsible leadership on-campus and in the community and develop skills to be successful leaders in their academic, co-curricular, and social lives.

The Emerging Leaders Program is for students entering UWG as first-year freshmen during each fall semester. Students must apply for and be accepted into the Emerging Leaders Program. Applications for both the program and a limited number of monetary awards we are able to give to some program participants can be found on the Office of Admissions website.

At this time, applications for the 2015-2016 Emerging Leaders Program are closed.
