Becoming a Student Organization

  1. Complete the Student Organization Registration packet (.doc) and include the following:
    -a local mailing address
    -an email address (for the president or organization)
    -a University advisor (full-time, monthly paid, faculty or professional staff)
    -a Constitution (organization governing document)
    -a list of members (at least 5)
  2. Attend a president's meeting.
    -contact the CSI office to setup a meeting time.
