Executive Board
President:
This person has the responsibility of overseeing the activities of the nine chairpersons and their committees. The President presides over weekly meetings and maintains the general well-being of the board. Although this person does no program planning, their efforts ensure that everything runs smoothly and successfully.
Vice-President of Finance:
The Vice-President of Finance serves as the chief budges officer for SAC. The Vice-President coordinates the annual budget process, provides budget reports for chair people and serves as the chief representative of the Executive Council in the absence of the President.
Vice-President of Recruitment:
The Vice-President of Recruitment coordinates the membership process for SAC. The VP of Recruitment actively recruits members, coordinates the SAG Membership Banquet, and the All-SAC Meetings.
Secretary/Historian:
This person records, distributes, and files minutes and agendas of all officers' and Executive Council meetings. In addition, the Secretary/Historian collects pictures and SAC memorabilia for our scrapbook to ensure a record of our activities for future SAC members.
Advisor:
SAC is advised by the Coordinator of Student Programs. The Coordinator of Student Programs works closely with the officers and the chair-people in the planning and production of events.
