Make A Difference Day is the most encompassing national day of helping others, a celebration of neighbors helping neighbors. Everyone can participate. Created by USA Weekend magazine, Make A Difference Day is an annual event that takes place on the fourth Saturday of every October.


Make A Difference Day 2012

Move Me!
Move Me! is the Multicultural Achievement Program's Make A Difference Day project. Move Me! brings children ages 6 to 18 to the University of West Georgia's campus for a day of fun. This project provides activities to promote personal wellness, career development, self awareness, and academic enrichment. The volunteers of the project are campus minority student leaders. Move Me! is specifically designed to reach underprivileged children in the Carroll County area.
