Current/Continuing eCore Students

If you registered for an eCore class, please be aware that eCore classes do not necessarily follow the same academic calendar as traditional classes at UWG. Please click the below link to view the calendar dates for eCore:

All eCore students are also responsible for checking their myUWG student e-mail account. Important information regarding eCore will be sent to that e-mail address.

How and When Do I Log On to my eCore class?

Approximately 2 weeks prior to the beginning of each new term, registered students should receive a letter from the central eCore office. The letter will be sent via your MyUWG email address. If you do not know it, please click here to search for your MyUWG email:

The letter that you should receive from the eCore's central state office via your MyUWG email, will include very important info like how to buy books, how to get help, and how and when to logon.

If you do not receive this letter, please contact an eCore Advisor. You may also read a generic copy of the letter here: https://ecore.usg.edu/students/start.php

Logging In:

Students cannot logon to their courses until the official first-day of class. Although you will be unable to access your course(s) until the first day of class, you will be able to access your MyGeorgiaView page as well as the Student Guide to eCore, so go ahead and log in to be certain that your username and password work.

If you added a course during late registration or drop/add, you will receive an eCore letter through your MyUWG email account within 24 hours after your registration date. If you do not receive this letter please contact your eCore Advisor to have another letter mailed to you:
