Environmental Sciences
What is Environmental Science?
The Environmental Science degree is designed to prepare well-trained natural scientists who will be employed in government, industry, private research, or consulting firms which require a strong background in math statistics and skills in laboratory or field research. It is also designed to prepare students to enter graduate or law school. This degree is centered on a comprehensive natural sciences understanding of contemporary environmental issues. In addition to required courses in biology, chemistry and geography, courses are also required in geography, history political science and sociology.
