Event Submission Workflow
DepartEvents submitted through a "Submit an Event" online form must be approved before they are actually viewed on a Calendar. Please refer to a table below to determine an Owner (Approver) for a selected Category. The Category Owners are notified by a system that an event has been submitted for their approval. Please submit your event at least 5 business days in advance to allow the Category Owner to approve your event in time.
* This Category is unlocked. Events submitted to unlocked Category can be approved by any Department Calendar Administrator.
