Checking your Award Letter

Step 1:

Login to your MyUWG Email

If you do not know your username, you can request it by clicking the link "lookup your username" in the Secure Login box.

Your initial password is the last two digits of your birth year and the last four (4) digits of your social security number.

Step 2:

Click the BanWeb tab

Step 3:

Click Student Services & Financial Aid

Step 4:

Click the Financial Aid link

Step 5:

Click My Award Information

Step 6:

Click Award Letter by Aid year

Step 7:

Select the appropriate aid year and click submit

Remember an aid year (2010-2011) consist of Fall, Spring, and Summer semesters.  (Ex: Fall 2010, Spring 2011, and Summer 2011)
