General Scholarship Brochure and General  Application


The University of West Georgia General Scholarship is available to continuing and transfer students. The 2013-2014 General Scholarship Brochure will be available at the beginning of February 2013. Please take the time to read the brochure and determine if you meet any of the requirements prior to completing the scholarship application. (The majority of these scholarships are not based upon GPA.) The scholarship application was due March 1st, 2013.

Private Scholarships

Private scholarships are scholarships offered outside of UWG.

How do I find private scholarships?

  • Check with any group, organization, church, community, etc. of which you may be a member to see if they offer any scholarships.
