Important Deadlines
Sept. 1: Group rate at Jameson Inn expires and remaining rooms in reserved block are released.
Oct. 1: Deadline for receipt of registration fees at reduced rate.
Oct. 25: Deadline for submitting airport arrival times for those wishing to take advantage of shuttle service. (Participants should plan to arrive no later than 3:15 p.m. in order to take advantage of shuttle service to Carrollton). Email airline name, flight number, arrival time and cell phone number to John Blair.
Oct. 17: Deadline for receipt of all registration fee payments. Registration fees must be paid by this date for participant's name to appear on the program schedule.
