Pre-Engineering
Description
Are you an engineering major? This learning community will introduce you to the profession and curriculum. Using a combination of informational discussions, hands-on activities and career counseling, the Community will help you to assess and build skills necessary to succeed as an engineer.
For which students?
This community is designed for students who intend to complete two or three years at UWG as a pre-engineering student then transfer to an engineering program. This Learning Community sets you up to complete your pre-Engineering requirements on time and successfully.
Please note: Students wishing to enroll in this Learning Community must have scores of 500 or higher on the Math SAT and a high school GPA of 3.0 or higher.
