Ron T. King, Ed.S

Originally from Lumberton Mississippi, now residing in Hiram Georgia, he came to the University of West Georgia as a Health Educator.  Mr. King is a graduate of Mississippi Valley State University, where he was a four year starter for the Baseball Team. Upon leaving MVSU he played professional minor league baseball in Kansas City Missouri. Mr. King later obtained his master’s degree in Health Education from Alabama State University and his Ed.S degree in Educational Leadership from Nova Southeastern University. His main passion involving Health Education is the Alcohol Awareness Program on campus. This program expounds upon vital information surrounding blood alcohol content, alcohol poisoning, and safety tips on avoiding and treating alcohol related illnesses. Mr.King's intent is clearly sustaining the well-being of the West Georgia community.  Besides Health Education, he is a devoted husband and father of two sets of twins.
