Please refer to our payroll calendars below. This information is intended to assist our faculty, staff, and students with ensuring timely submission of payroll documentation. They include due dates for eTime data entry, deadlines for submission of PAR and extra compensation forms, and tentative pay dates for the upcoming year.
Please note that payroll calendars are subject to change based upon business conditions, changes in payroll processing requirements from Shared Services, and other conditions that may be beyond the control of payroll services. UWG reserves the right to alter payroll schedules as necessary. Changes will be announced through all-staff and all-faculty e-mail listservs.
In the event that hard-copy timesheets or other information needs to be transmitted to payroll services, please do so by either e-mailing scanned documents to firstname.lastname@example.org, or faxing the documentation to 678-839-6425.
*The summer payroll schedule refers only to faculty, part-time faculty, graduate assistants, and graduate research assistants. All other employees should refer to the biweekly and monthly schedules.
