Exhibit 1B
Bi-Weekly Salary Supplement

Bi-weekly employees who assume additional duties are paid for hours worked; therefore, any additional hours the employee may be required to work would be paid as additional straight time or overtime. A monthly employee who is asked to assume bi-weekly duties should be changed to bi-weekly and paid for time worked.

Therefore, bi-weekly employees can only receive a supplement when the scope and complexity of their current position expands considerably. The compensation for the temporary duties should be calculated as follows:

The level of increased complexity or responsibility of new duties:
somewhat increased up to 4.99%
significantly increased 5.0%-7.49%
greatly increased 7.5%-10.0%
