Information Concerning Employee Self Service!

The University System has implemented a very important and exciting enhancement to the HR/Payroll system: eApps (a self service application). eApps is available from 7:00am – 11:00pm (subject to change during system upgrades). eApps will allow you (the individual) to update your personal information, view paycheck and benefit information online, and print your pay stub. The modules include:

Personal Information Summary Review Paycheck Data Benefits Summary
E-mail addresses* View Direct Deposit Health Care Summary
Emergency Contacts* Change Federal Tax (W-4) info. Insurance Summary
Home and mailing addresses* Request duplicate W-2 forms Dependant Personal Info.
Marital Status ** View voluntary deductions Flexible Spending Accounts
Name Change ** View Compensation History Dependent Coverage Summary
Phone numbers*
