Exhibit Features Young Artists

The seventh annual Young Artists exhibit at UWG features original works by school children and teens on display in the Education Center. About 50 works from 16 schools are on exhibit through April 18. Awards will be presented at the closing reception on Saturday, April 18, from 3 – 4 p.m. The winning pieces will then be purchased by the College of Education and Department of Art and permanently put on display in those buildings. Schools represented at the event are located throughout the region including Rome and Newnan. The community is invited to attend this inspirational event. For more information, call 678-839-5522.
