Horn Ensemble
The Department of Music at the University of West Georgia will host a Horn Ensemble and Studio Recital on Tuesday, Nov. 21, at 8:15 p.m. in the Kathy Cashen Recital Hall.
Directed by Ellie Jenkins, adjunct instructor of horn and music, the ensemble will perform a wide variety of musical works from the 18th century through the present with a variety of horns and a wide range of styles. Pianist Jan Adams will accompany the performance and Dr. Kevin Hibbard, chair of the Department of Music and professor of music, will be the guest conductor.
Dr. Dawn McCord, assistant professor of music education and organ, will join the ensemble on organ.
